Hardware Maintenance Contract

12 Months service contract :

• Hotline monday to friday from 9h to 17h 
• Remote assistance
• Dual exchange on site of faulty devices
• Repair in the workshop of peripherals defective under normal use, manpower included
• In addition: spare parts, motherboards and printhead not supported by the warranty
• One annual visit.
